The company was inspired by the growing trend to leverage technology so that law firms could offer greater legal care for less by saving time and focusing on the work they are passionate about doing.
The founder of First Alert Legal spent 17 years practicing DUI in criminal defense with a sincere focus on client needs and customer satisfaction. In 2014, a small software company was hatched next to his law firm.
Now, after several years of exploring solutions, and spending thousands of dollars testing products and services, Ziad firmly believes that this product is the most impactful for criminal defense firms looking to grow revenue, save time and increase client satisfaction.
